📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule and manage client appointments using our in-house booking system.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including greeting cards and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Promote our services and special offers to clients and potential customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and clinic policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role in a beauty clinic or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with booking and scheduling software, such as Appointy or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a passion for skincare and aesthetic services.
