📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement sports programs for children aged 3-7, focusing on physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy competition.
• Lead and supervise sports activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and adjusting programs as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure seamless integration of sports into the overall educational experience.
• Maintain accurate records of children's participation, achievements, and any special needs.
• Promote a positive and inclusive sports culture, encouraging diversity and respect among all participants.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood sports education.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sports programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching or teaching sports to children aged 3-7.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and educational principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
