PT Athena Tagaya is seeking a dedicated Production Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring production teams in the manufacturing of natural and synthetic rattan furniture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production training and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs for production teams,Conduct on-the-job training and mentoring to ensure quality standards are met,Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the production manager to set and achieve production targets,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures,Provide feedback and support to production teams to enhance their skills and performance,Conduct regular training evaluations and make necessary adjustments,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production training or a related field,Strong knowledge of natural and synthetic rattan furniture manufacturing processes,Ability to communicate effectively and train others in a clear and concise manner,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
