Source, screen, and interview candidates for product-related roles,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions,Conduct technical and cultural fit interviews to assess candidates' skills and compatibility with our team,Partner with recruiters and other stakeholders to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and hiring

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the technology industry,Strong understanding of the hiring process and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools,Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to conduct technical interviews,Passion for building great products and a strong cultural fit with our team
