📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop architectural concepts for luxury villas and resorts, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and client requirements.
• Create detailed construction drawings and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of architectural and design elements.
• Conduct site visits and provide on-site supervision to ensure construction quality and adherence to design plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in luxury architecture and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, explaining technical aspects in a clear and compelling manner.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury residential or resort architecture.
• Proven portfolio of high-end projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of luxury living and design.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Certifications in LEED or other sustainable design practices are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present designs to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
