As an Online Shop Packer, you will be responsible for packing and preparing orders for shipment. Your daily tasks will involve using our in-house warehouse management system to pick and pack items, ensuring that each order is accurately and securely prepared for delivery. You will work closely with our customer service team to address any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment using our warehouse management system.
• Ensure that each order is accurately and securely packed for delivery.
• Work closely with the customer service team to address any issues during the order fulfillment process.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Meet daily production targets and maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our team and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Valid ID and clean driving record, as the role may require occasional travel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
