Distributor Specialist

Join Suyen Corporation as a Distributor Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our distributor networks across key territories in Bali. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll work closely with our sales team to ensure our products reach the right customers efficiently and effectively.

As a Distributor Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our distributor base, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our distributors, while also using data-driven insights to optimize our distribution strategy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the distributor network by identifying new opportunities and developing strong relationships with existing partners.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to distributors, maintaining high levels of accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize distribution strategies.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of distributors, improving overall performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment between sales and distribution efforts.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing support and guidance to ensure their success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve distribution processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, with a proven track record of driving growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and distribution management software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
