📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Oversee staff performance and ensure a positive work environment.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the central office to maintain brand standards and operational excellence.
• Manage store finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
