📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage high-impact engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic quoting strategies to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and clients, to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion and innovation.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management, with a proven track record of leading high-impact projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, with a focus on structural, mechanical, or civil engineering.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
