Admin FAT (Finance, Accounting, and Tax) Project - Bandung & Gorontalo

Parama Agung Karya is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin FAT (Finance, Accounting, and Tax) Project to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and accounting integrity of our project sites in Bandung and Gorontalo. You'll be working closely with our project managers to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and managed in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies.

With a strong background in accounting and a passion for detail, you'll be using tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel to manage financial data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain financial records for project sites in Bandung and Gorontalo using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies, including tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation for all project sites.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
