📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
• Mediate conflicts and address employee concerns, ensuring fair and respectful resolutions.
• Collaborate with managers to provide training and support on employee relations best practices.
• Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee relations.
• Assist in the development and execution of employee recognition and rewards programs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Certification in conflict resolution or employee engagement is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is a plus.
