📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts payable daily to ensure accuracy.
• Manage payment processes, including checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Use SAP and Excel to streamline accounting processes and generate reports.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an accounts payable role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
