📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of general ledger transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the finance team and other departments.
• Implement and maintain financial processes and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues and discrepancies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
• Utilize SAP and other financial software to streamline financial operations.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general ledger management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
