📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Experience with software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
