📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service.,Monitor and report on sales and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and organize staff schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
