📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, procedures, and customer service standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management and cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data and make recommendations for menu and pricing adjustments.,Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent supply of quality ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and local language is preferred.
