📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the hotel.,Manage and coordinate the duties of front office staff, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.,Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reports.,Participate in training and development programs for front office staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality.,Proven track record of success in managing front office operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
