Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of web developers to ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Designing and developing web applications using the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
  • Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
