📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
