In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply of products.,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are aware of and comply with these policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail stores.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
