📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.,Ensure the safety and efficiency of production processes.,Train and mentor junior machine operators.,Monitor production output and quality, implementing improvements as needed.,Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns.,Manage inventory and procurement of machinery parts and supplies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.,Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of operating and maintaining complex machinery.,Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work in a team and lead others.,Familiarity with quality control and production standards.,Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.,Valid certification in machinery operation and safety (preferred).
