In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in the General and Modern Trade sectors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the General and Modern Trade sectors.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.,Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that sales strategies align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management in the cosmetics or related industries.,Strong understanding of the General and Modern Trade sectors and the ability to develop effective sales strategies for these markets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
