📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized shop, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively.,Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure that products are always available.,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges.,Promote eco-friendly products and educate customers on the benefits of sustainable living.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in organizing events and promotions to increase shop visibility and sales.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with eco-friendly products and sustainable living practices.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Fluent in Indonesian and Tetum.
