PT Dinamika Bersama Group is looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations. We offer a competitive salary package and a supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE objectives are integrated into all aspects of operations.,Maintain and update HSE documentation, including manuals, procedures, and records.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.,Certification in HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant HSE software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
