📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
Mediate conflicts and address employee concerns, ensuring fair and respectful resolutions.
Collaborate with managers to provide training and support on employee relations best practices.
Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee relations.
Assist in the development and execution of employee recognition and rewards programs.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
Certification in conflict resolution or employee engagement is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is a plus.
