📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Support the operations manager in developing and implementing operational strategies.,Assist in the management of operational budgets and resources.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain and update operational records and documentation.,Assist in the training and development of operational staff.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the operations manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
