📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor,Ensure all transactions are recorded and reported correctly,Handle cash and maintain accurate records of cash receipts and disbursements,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Follow all company policies and procedures,Assist in any other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
