Salon Umar Bangunan is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with a friendly and professional manner.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide information about our products and services to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
