CV Pancaran Anugerah is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Canggu. This role is crucial in supporting the Finance Director in managing the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Support the Finance Director in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Support the Finance Director in financial planning and analysis.,Assist in the preparation of financial documents for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
