📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide strategic tax advice to clients, including tax planning, structuring, and optimization.,Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.,Manage tax projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality tax services.,Stay informed about developments in international tax law and industry trends.,Mentor and develop junior tax professionals within the team.,Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.,Participate in continuous professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CTA, or equivalent).,Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on strategic advisory and compliance.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Experience working with multinational clients and understanding of international tax issues.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
