🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, activations, and onboarding, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales operations, activations, and onboarding best practices, as well as industry trends and challenges.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
