Warung Intan Kebab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our remote store in Kuta. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while managing a team of employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of employees, ensuring they meet performance standards and deliver excellent service.,Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure smooth supply chain and operational processes.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the foodservice industry.,Proven track record of managing remote teams and ensuring operational excellence.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
