📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine each patient's specific needs and goals
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs using evidence-based practices
• Provide hands-on treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term recovery and wellness
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize the Dynamis software and Motion Analysis System to enhance treatment outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting
• Valid and active physiotherapy license in Indonesia
• Certification in advanced techniques, such as dry needling or manual therapy, is a plus
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and rehabilitation principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
