📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and restocking.,Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and counseling to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible care.,Prepare and dispense medications as per prescriptions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for customers.,Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being of patients.,Keep up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and best practices.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with the English language is a plus.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.
