📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Manage a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications, adhering to prescription orders and patient needs.
  • Perform inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Provide pharmaceutical advice and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language is required; English is a plus.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
