📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Document and maintain IT-related records and reports.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
