📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Support the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial documents and ensure proper filing.
• Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
