📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain biopharmaceutical production equipment, including but not limited to, fermenters, chromatography systems, and lyophilizers.
• Monitor and record production parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Participate in shift work and on-call duties as required.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following hygiene and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a biopharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of biopharmaceutical production processes and quality control principles.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining production equipment such as fermenters, chromatography systems, and lyophilizers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification in biopharmaceutical production processes and equipment.
